Who are we?
Pause Café was born from the shared vision and passion of founders Rohit Dadlani, Mohit Menghrajani, and Amy Aela. Their collective synergy: a blend of culinary curiosity, entrepreneurial energy, and design-led thinking has shaped PAUSE into one of Bandra’s best vegan cafés and a standout destination for plant-based dining/jain dining in Mumbai.
Our values
At Pause, our values are rooted in doing things properly and doing them with heart. We make almost everything in-house because integrity matters, the breads, dips, chips, sauces, and staples that define our flavour are crafted by hand, not outsourced. We believe food should nourish without compromise, which means clean ingredients, conscious cooking, and plates that leave you energised instead of heavy. Kindness is built into every decision we make: how we source, how we serve, how we treat our team, and how we welcome our guests. Pause is also a space designed with women in mind: warm, safe, and deeply intuitive, a café where you instantly feel held.
